Ginger Snaps

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Molasses
- 1 Egg
- 2 1/4 Cups Flour
- 2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
Directions:
Mix the Sugar, Butter, Molasses, and egg together. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together and then slowly add to the first bowl. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll into balls (1-2 inch) and roll into sugar. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 9-12 minutes. Less time will make softer cookies.

Sydnee's Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 8 tablespoons of Salted Butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips or mini m&m's
Directions:
Melt Butter for 40 sec, Beat Butter w/ Sugars, Add Vanilla & Egg and beat for 15 sec. Add Flour, Baking Soda & Salt and beat together. Add Chocolate Chips (or m&m's). Roll into 12 large balls. Bake @ 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Sprinkle with Sea Salt Flakes when still warm.
